Hab ein perfektes Haus Gefunden, wo ich mein Motorrad im geschlossen Grundst\u00fcck Haus Parken kann. Meine Vermieterin ist eine Vietnamesin hat in der DDR Cottbus Gearbeitet und Sie wohnt im Keller. Das Haus hat 4 Wohnungen alle mit meinen eigenen Bad, 2 haben einen Balkon und einer hat so Winterbalkon oder Geschlossener Balkon den ich irgend wann umbaue als K\u00fcche. Einen Riesen Wohnzimmer was ihr sieht wo ich in das Haus reingehe. Es gibt ne Gemeinschaftsk\u00fcche aber ich hatte kein Bock auf das, deswegen hab ich mir selber eine gebastelt die leider noch nicht fertig ist. Meine K\u00fcche ist mega klein aber perfekt und kochen cool w\u00e4re es noch ein Backofen aber kein Platz und ist sinnlos Geld ausgegeben. Mein Raum hat 16m\u00b2 ECHT reicht komplett, alle regal, Kleiderst\u00e4nder, M\u00fctzenhalter hab ich mir selber gebastelt. Mein Bad ist mega gro\u00df 5m\u00b2\u00a0und mit Fenster. So ab zu mein Balkon, ist gro\u00df um da zu hocken mit locker 6 Leuten, der blick geht ab ins gr\u00fcne was genau mein Ding ist.<\/h5>\n\n\t\t<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t\t\t#gallery-1 mal zum Kosten,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> ich bezahle 5 Millionen VND sind so ca. 180\u20ac dazu kommt noch Wasser und Strom Internet und der ganz Mist noch sind 500.000 VND also ca. 18\u20ac f\u00fcr 1 Monat. Am Anfang war es immer so den Stromz\u00e4hler ablesen und das alles so zu machen aber ich hatte kein Bock mehr da drauf und wir haben es so gekl\u00e4rt das ich immer 18\u20ac bezahlen.\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Internet ist nicht der Hammer im Haus, aber egal ich eine Prepaid SimKarte f\u00fcr mein Telefon wo ich 4GB am TAG haben also 120GB im Monat. Ich kann 60 Mintutenlang zum gleichen anbietet telefonieren und 50 Minuten zu andern Anbieter Labern. SMS kein Plan weil man es in Vietnam mit Zalo oder Facebook machen. Zalo ist sowas wie WhatsApp nur um 10 mal better (EGAL).<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Fernseher hab ich gezahlt und es ist so gekl\u00e4rt das ich jeden Monat weniger Miete zahlen muss. Und wenn ich kein Bock mehr hab hier zu wohnen, dann muss ich 1 Monat keine Miete zahlen. Weil ich mir doch das Sofa, Computertisch, K\u00fcche, Regale und und und gekauft hab.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich bleibe bestimmt noch bist 2022 hier, ich reise ja auch hier in Vietnam rum und dieses Land haut mich jedes mal wieder um wie Wundersch\u00f6n es ist.
